Welcome to Everybody's Yoga

Our intention is to create a caring and supportive haven where the rewards of yoga are attained and facilitated by highly dedicated instructors trained in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya: a celebrated teacher who believed that if you can breathe you can do yoga.

Yoga Sutras Workshops

Taught by Ann Rogers
Tuesdays 7:30- 8:30 pm
Next Session: May 20-June 24

A practical and lively look at the philosophy and psychology of Yoga. We will use the Yoga Sutras, the authoritative text for understanding Yoga. Beyond the postures and breathing what are the potentially life-changing concepts of Yoga? How can we help ourselves with Yoga on a daily basis in all situations? We will chant the Yoga Sutras, do a word- for- word translation and discuss the meaning of each Sutra. Emphasis will be on the practical implications of this ancient text to our current situations.
